Melanie runs the day-to-day. She quotes real prices on the first call, writes leases over the phone in minutes, holds a spot when your delivery date is up in the air, and opens the gate from her phone when you want to walk a unit before renting. She’ll also talk you out of spending money with us when it’s the wrong move. If moving out at month-end saves you a wasted week of rent, she’ll say so.
