Open spaces are outdoors. Covered spaces have a roof over a roughly 12.5-foot-wide spot in 30-, 40-, or 50-foot lengths. Enclosed spaces are your own garage bays with an automatic overhead door. Find a full breakdown here.
Covered spots include a trickle charge for your battery and fridge, but this property has no 30- or 50-amp hookups. Enclosed units have a standard 120V outlet. If you need full 50-amp service, our sister boat and RV storage facility, Glamper Camper in Willow Park, is the better option.
Yes, as long as you have your code! At the keypad, press star before your code and pound after. Codes go live on your start date.
No. This is a remote-managed property, which is part of why rates stay reasonable. Melanie handles everything by phone, including opening the gate for a walkthrough. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
New customers get half off the first three months. Ask about our military discount, too. When you call, Melanie will tell you which saves you more.
Yes. When you leave, email your notice to info@annettastorage.com with your unit number. We don’t prorate move-outs, so plan for the end of the month, and you won’t pay for days you don’t use.
